My name is Rachel. I am a 27 year old web designer from Newcastle, England. In October 2008 I will be leaving my full-time job and hopping on a plane to India and making my way across the world to New Zealand, where I plan to continue my web design work, whether it be full-time employed or freelance.
Apart from travel, I am a big fan of Japan (hence silly purikura picture to the right) and learning Japanese; moleskines and art journals; children’s book illustrations; cherry blossom; hair dye; staying up late; wandering unknown streets; guitar strings; sunsets; rain; cupcakes, coffee and pink wine.
I set up this site mainly to blog about my travel experiences, although no doubt there will be a few other topics thrown in there for fun. I also have blog on vox and you can go there and read about my past travels and random stuff.
This site is hosted by dreamhost and powered by wordpress, which I don’t know how to use properly yet.
